Intelbras Router Login

Need to change your WiFi password or update your network settings? Log into your Intelbras router's setup page to get it done.

The default gateway address for Intelbras is 10.0.0.1. Type this into your browser's address bar (not the search bar) while connected to the router's network.

Login Steps

Accessing your Intelbras router admin through http://10.0.0.1 will allow you to change the settings and configurations that your router software provides.

  1. Connect to your Intelbras router. Make sure the router is on. Plug in an ethernet cable or connect to the router's WiFi. Ethernet works best for admin access.

  2. Open any web browser. Type 10.0.0.1 into the address bar (not the search bar) and press Enter.

  3. If the default IP doesn't work, find the real one. On Windows, open Command Prompt and type ipconfig. Look for "Default Gateway". On Mac, open Terminal and type netstat -nr.

  4. Use the default credentials listed above. The most common combo is admin / admin. Check the label on the bottom of your router if those don't work.

  5. You're in. Change your WiFi name and password, set up port forwarding, update firmware, or adjust security settings.

Troubleshooting Intelbras Router Login

If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.

  • Can't reach the login page

Make sure you're connected to the Intelbras router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://10.0.0.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.

  • Default credentials not accepted

Check the sticker on the bottom of your Intelbras router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.

  • Router stops working after changes

Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your Intelbras router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.

  • Forgot the admin password

A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.

  • Settings won't save

Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some Intelbras routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.

About Intelbras Routers

Intelbras started in Brazil in 1976 as a telecommunications company. The brand expanded into networking equipment in the early 2000s. Today, Intelbras dominates the Brazilian router market and has strong presence across Latin America. The company focuses on affordable home networking solutions for emerging markets.

Intelbras routers are known for their simple setup and reliable performance in tropical climates. The brand specifically designs products for the Latin American market, where power fluctuations and high humidity can damage electronics. Their routers often include surge protection and extended temperature operating ranges.

Home users choose Intelbras because the brand offers excellent value for money. You get solid wireless performance at a fraction of the cost of international brands. Intelbras routers work well in small apartments and houses common in urban Latin America.

The brand's local support network is another major advantage. You can find Intelbras technical support in Portuguese and Spanish. Local repair shops stock Intelbras parts, and the warranty service actually works in most Latin American countries.

Accessing the Intelbras Admin Panel

Accessing your Intelbras router's admin panel is straightforward once you know the default settings. Most Intelbras models use 10.0.0.1 as the default IP address, which is different from other brands that typically use 192.168.1.1. You'll need this IP address to open the configuration page in your web browser.

Open your web browser and type 10.0.0.1 in the address bar. This works for most Intelbras router models including the WRN series and Action series. If 10.0.0.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.0.1 as some older Intelbras models use this address instead.

You can also check the router label on the bottom of your device. Intelbras prints the default IP address, username, and password on a white sticker. Look for text that says "IP Padrão" or "Default IP" followed by the address.

The most common Intelbras login problem is users typing the wrong IP address. Many people assume all routers use 192.168.1.1, but Intelbras specifically chose 10.0.0.1 to avoid conflicts with other devices. Make sure you're typing the correct address for your model.

Another frequent issue is browser compatibility with older Intelbras firmware. Some Intelbras routers work better with Internet Explorer or Edge than with Chrome or Firefox. If the login page looks broken or won't load properly, try a different browser.

Intelbras routers sometimes take longer to respond than other brands, especially during startup. If you can't reach the admin page immediately after powering on, wait 2-3 minutes for the router to fully boot before trying again.

Popular Intelbras Models

The Intelbras WRN 240 is one of the most popular home models. It uses 10.0.0.1 with admin/admin as the default login. The WRN 300 and WRN 342 follow the same pattern. These models have a simple blue and white interface that's easy to navigate even for beginners.

Intelbras Action RF 301K and RF 401K models also use 10.0.0.1 but some units ship with blank passwords. Try leaving the password field empty if admin doesn't work. The Action series has a more modern interface with better mobile browser support.

The newer Intelbras Wi-Force models like the W5-1200F use the same 10.0.0.1 address but have updated firmware. These routers include a setup wizard that launches automatically on first login, making initial configuration much easier.

Older Intelbras models from 2015-2018 sometimes use 192.168.0.1 instead of 10.0.0.1. Check your model number if the standard address doesn't work. Models starting with "WIN" typically use the older IP scheme.

The interface language varies by model and region. Brazilian models default to Portuguese, while units sold in other Latin American countries may default to Spanish. You can change the language in the system settings after logging in.

Troubleshooting Intelbras Login Issues

If you can't reach the Intelbras admin page, first check that your computer is connected to the router via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. The default Wi-Fi network name usually starts with "Intelbras" followed by numbers from the MAC address. Connect to this network before trying to access 10.0.0.1.

Disable any VPN software on your computer, as VPNs can block access to local router addresses. Also check that your computer isn't using a static IP address that conflicts with the Intelbras network range. Set your network adapter to obtain an IP address automatically.

Most Intelbras routers use "admin" for both username and password. Type admin in lowercase letters - Intelbras is case-sensitive for login credentials. If this doesn't work, try leaving the password field completely empty, as some Intelbras models ship without a default password.

Some Intelbras routers use the Wi-Fi password as the admin password. Look for the password printed on the router label - it might be listed as "Senha Wi-Fi" or "WiFi Password." If someone changed the default admin password and you don't know it, you'll need to factory reset the router.

After factory resetting your Intelbras router, wait for all lights to stop blinking before trying to log in. The power light should be solid blue or green, and the Wi-Fi light should be steady. Connect to the default Wi-Fi network (usually "Intelbras" plus numbers) and navigate to 10.0.0.1.

Use admin/admin to log in and run through the setup wizard if it appears. You'll need to configure your internet connection settings and create a new Wi-Fi password during the initial setup process.

How to Factory Reset a Intelbras Router

Factory reset your Intelbras router when you can't log in with any password combination, or when the router isn't working properly after a firmware update. Reset also helps when you've forgotten custom settings and want to start fresh with default configuration.

Locate the small reset button on the back of your Intelbras router. It's usually a recessed button that requires a paperclip or similar tool to press. Make sure the router is powered on and all lights are stable before starting.

Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds while the router is running. You'll see the lights start flashing, which means the reset process has begun. Keep holding until all lights turn off, then release the button. The router will reboot automatically and restore factory defaults.

Don't unplug the power during the reset process, as this can damage the firmware. Wait for the router to complete its reboot cycle - this usually takes 2-3 minutes. The power light will turn solid when the reset is complete.

Once your Intelbras router finishes rebooting, connect to the default Wi-Fi network and open 10.0.0.1 in your browser. Use admin/admin to log in and configure your internet settings. You'll need your ISP's connection details to restore internet access after the reset.
