Fujitsu Router Login
Need to change your WiFi password or update your network settings? Log into your Fujitsu router's setup page to get it done.
The default gateway address for Fujitsu is 192.168.1.1. Type this into your browser's address bar (not the search bar) while connected to the router's network.
Login Steps
Accessing your Fujitsu router admin through http://192.168.1.1 will allow you to change the settings and configurations that your router software provides.
-
Connect to your Fujitsu router. Make sure the router is on. Plug in an ethernet cable or connect to the router's WiFi. Ethernet works best for admin access.
-
Open any web browser. Type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar (not the search bar) and press Enter.
-
If the default IP doesn't work, find the real one. On Windows, open Command Prompt and type
ipconfig. Look for "Default Gateway". On Mac, open Terminal and typenetstat -nr. -
Use the default credentials listed above. The most common combo is admin / admin. Check the label on the bottom of your router if those don't work.
-
You're in. Change your WiFi name and password, set up port forwarding, update firmware, or adjust security settings.
Troubleshooting Fujitsu Router Login
If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.
-
Can't reach the login page
Make sure you're connected to the Fujitsu router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.
-
Default credentials not accepted
Check the sticker on the bottom of your Fujitsu router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.
-
Router stops working after changes
Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your Fujitsu router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.
-
Forgot the admin password
A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.
-
Settings won't save
Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some Fujitsu routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.
About Fujitsu Routers
Fujitsu started making networking equipment in the 1990s when businesses needed reliable internet connections. The Japanese company built routers that could handle heavy network traffic without breaking down. Fujitsu focused on enterprise networks first, then created home router models in the 2000s.
Fujitsu routers became popular in Asia and Latin America because they offered business-grade features at home prices. Many internet service providers chose Fujitsu equipment for their networks. You'll find Fujitsu routers in office buildings, schools, and homes across the Philippines and other developing markets.
Home users pick Fujitsu routers because they don't crash often and can handle multiple devices streaming video at once. Fujitsu builds their routers to last for years without needing replacement. The admin interface is simple enough for beginners but has advanced features when you need them.
Fujitsu routers work well in hot climates and areas with unstable power. Many users in tropical countries choose Fujitsu because the hardware doesn't overheat like cheaper brands. The company also provides regular firmware updates to fix security problems.
Accessing the Fujitsu Admin Panel
You can access your Fujitsu router's admin panel through any web browser on a device connected to your network. Open Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and type your router's IP address in the address bar. Fujitsu routers use a web-based interface that lets you change settings, view connected devices, and update passwords.
Most Fujitsu routers use 192.168.1.1 as their default IP address. Check the white sticker on the bottom or back of your Fujitsu router for the exact address. Some newer Fujitsu models might use 192.168.0.1 instead.
If you can't find the IP on the sticker, open Command Prompt on Windows and type 'ipconfig'. Look for 'Default Gateway' under your network connection. That's your Fujitsu router's IP address.
Fujitsu routers sometimes show a security warning when you first visit the login page. Click 'Advanced' then 'Proceed to 192.168.1.1' to continue. Your browser thinks the page is unsafe because it uses HTTP instead of HTTPS.
Some Fujitsu models take 30-60 seconds to load the login page after you type the IP address. Don't refresh the page or open multiple tabs. Wait for the Fujitsu logo and login boxes to appear. If you see a blank page, clear your browser cache and try again.
Older Fujitsu routers work better with Internet Explorer or Edge browsers. Chrome and Firefox sometimes have trouble displaying the admin interface correctly on models from 2018 or earlier.
Popular Fujitsu Models
The Fujitsu FR-1000 series uses 'admin' for both username and password on fresh installs. Type 192.168.1.1 in your browser to reach the login screen. The FR-1000 shows a blue Fujitsu logo with two text boxes below it.
Fujitsu FR-2000 and FR-3000 models also use 'admin' and 'admin' as default credentials. These newer routers have a redesigned login page with the Fujitsu name in red text. You'll see additional security options on FR-3000 models.
The business-grade Fujitsu NetCommander series requires 'administrator' as the username and 'password' as the default password. NetCommander routers use 192.168.0.1 instead of 192.168.1.1. Check your model number on the device label to confirm which defaults apply.
Fujitsu's older FR-500 and FR-800 models have a text-only login interface without graphics. You'll see basic HTML forms instead of the modern design on newer routers. These models are slower to respond and might timeout if you don't log in within 10 minutes.
Newer Fujitsu routers from 2020 onwards require you to change the default password on first login. The system won't let you proceed with 'admin' as the password. You must create a new password with at least 8 characters including numbers and letters.
Troubleshooting Fujitsu Login Issues
Check that your device is connected to the Fujitsu router's network, not your neighbor's Wi-Fi or mobile data. Look for the network name printed on your Fujitsu router's label. Open your network settings and make sure you're connected to the right Wi-Fi network.
Restart your Fujitsu router by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Wait 2-3 minutes for all the lights to turn solid green or blue. Some Fujitsu models need extra time to fully boot up before accepting admin connections.
Fujitsu routers lock you out after 5 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or restart the router to reset the lockout timer. Make sure you're typing 'admin' in lowercase letters for both username and password fields.
Someone might have changed the default Fujitsu password already. Try common alternatives like 'password', '1234', or the Wi-Fi password printed on the router label. If none work, you'll need to factory reset the Fujitsu router to restore the original 'admin' credentials.
After factory resetting your Fujitsu router, wait 3-5 minutes before trying to log in. The router needs time to rebuild its internal settings and start the web interface. Connect your device directly to the Fujitsu router with an Ethernet cable if possible.
Type 192.168.1.1 in a fresh browser window and use 'admin' for both username and password. Fujitsu routers return to factory defaults after reset, so the original credentials will work again.
How to Factory Reset a Fujitsu Router
Reset your Fujitsu router when you can't remember the admin password, the interface won't load properly, or internet speeds are much slower than usual. Factory reset also fixes problems with port forwarding, parental controls, or guest networks that won't work correctly.
Find the small 'Reset' button on the back or bottom of your Fujitsu router. The button is usually recessed, so you'll need a paperclip or pen tip to press it. Make sure the Fujitsu router is powered on and all lights are stable before starting.
Hold down the Reset button for 10-15 seconds while the router is running. You'll see the lights turn off, then flash rapidly. Keep holding until all lights turn solid again. Don't unplug the power cord during this process.
The entire reset takes 3-5 minutes on most Fujitsu models. Older FR-500 routers might take up to 10 minutes to complete the factory reset. The router will restart automatically when finished.
Your Fujitsu router will use its original network name and password after reset. Check the white sticker on the device for the default Wi-Fi credentials. You'll need to reconfigure internet settings, port forwards, and any custom passwords you had before.
