Accessing the A1 Admin Panel

If 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.0.1 instead. Some newer A1 models use this alternative address. You can also find your router's IP by opening Command Prompt on Windows and typing "ipconfig". Look for "Default Gateway" in the results.
A1 routers sometimes block admin access when you try logging in too many times with wrong passwords. The router locks you out for 5-10 minutes as a security feature. Wait for the lockout period to end before trying again.
Some A1 router models redirect you to a mobile-friendly login page when accessing from phones. The mobile interface looks different but has the same username and password fields. Type your credentials normally even if the page layout seems unfamiliar.

Troubleshooting A1 Login Issues
Check that you're connected to your A1 router's WiFi network or plugged into an ethernet port. You can't access the admin panel from a different internet connection or mobile data. Your device needs to be on A1's local network first.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies if the A1 login page won't load. Old cached data sometimes prevents the admin interface from appearing correctly. Use incognito or private browsing mode as an alternative test.
A1 routers ship with admin/admin as the default username and password combination. If someone changed these credentials, you'll need to reset the router to restore defaults. Look for a "Reset Password" option on some A1 models that lets you recover access without full factory reset.
Some A1 router variants use the WiFi password as the admin password instead of admin/admin. Try entering your WiFi network password in the admin login form. Check the router sticker for any custom admin credentials specific to your model.
After factory reset, your A1 router returns to admin/admin login credentials. The router also resets to its default IP address, usually 192.168.1.1. You'll need to reconnect your devices to the default WiFi network name shown on the router sticker.
A1 routers lose all custom settings during reset, including WiFi passwords, port forwarding rules, and parental controls. Write down important settings before resetting so you can reconfigure them afterwards.
How to Factory Reset a A1 Router
Reset your A1 router when you can't remember the admin password or when the device stops responding to configuration changes. Factory reset also helps when your internet connection becomes unstable and basic troubleshooting doesn't fix the problem.
Find the small Reset button on your A1 router's back or bottom panel. The button sits in a recessed hole that requires a paperclip or similar tool to press. Make sure your A1 router has power and all lights are on before starting.
Press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds while the router stays powered on. You'll see the lights flash or turn off briefly during the reset process. Keep holding the button until the power light starts blinking rapidly.
Release the Reset button and wait 2-3 minutes for your A1 router to restart completely. The router will show steady lights when the reset finishes. Don't unplug the power during this restart period or you might damage the firmware.
Connect to your A1 router using the default WiFi network name and password printed on the device sticker. Open your browser and go to 192.168.1.1 to access the admin panel with admin/admin credentials. You can now reconfigure your WiFi name, password, and other custom settings.
