If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.

Can't reach the login page
Make sure you're connected to the Digisol router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.
-
Default credentials not accepted
Check the sticker on the bottom of your Digisol router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.
-
Router stops working after changes
Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your Digisol router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.
-
Forgot the admin password
A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.
-
Settings won't save
Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some Digisol routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.
About Digisol Routers
Digisol Systems Ltd. started as an Indian networking company in 1999, focusing on affordable broadband and wireless solutions for emerging markets. The company built its reputation by offering budget-friendly routers that could handle basic home networking needs without breaking the bank. Digisol carved out a niche in the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asian markets by understanding that many users needed simple, reliable internet access rather than premium features.
Digisol expanded throughout the 2000s and 2010s by partnering with local internet service providers and electronics retailers. The brand focused on creating routers that work well in areas with inconsistent power supply and varying internet speeds. Today, Digisol continues to serve price-conscious consumers who want dependable wireless networking without paying premium prices.
Home users choose Digisol routers because they're affordable and get the job done. You won't find cutting-edge features or enterprise-grade performance, but you'll get a router that handles basic internet sharing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and simple network management. Many Indian and Southeast Asian families pick Digisol because local retailers stock them widely and service centers are accessible.
Digisol routers also work well in smaller homes and apartments where you don't need long-range coverage or high-speed gaming features. The brand's straightforward setup process appeals to users who want to plug in their router and start browsing without dealing with complicated configuration menus.
Accessing the Digisol Admin Panel
Accessing your Digisol router's admin panel lets you change Wi-Fi passwords, set up guest networks, and manage connected devices. Most Digisol routers use a web-based interface that you can reach through any browser on your connected device.
Nearly all Digisol routers use 192.168.1.1 as their default IP address. Type this into your browser's address bar while connected to your Digisol network. You can also check the sticker on your router's back or bottom panel for the exact IP address.
If 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, your Digisol router might be using 192.168.0.1 instead. Some newer Digisol models automatically detect IP conflicts and switch to an alternate address. Try both addresses if you're having trouble connecting.
Digisol routers sometimes take longer than expected to load the login page, especially older models with limited processing power. Wait at least 30 seconds after typing the IP address before assuming there's a problem. The login page might appear slow or basic-looking compared to other brands, but this is normal for Digisol's interface design.
Some Digisol models have a quirk where they won't accept login attempts if you're using a mobile browser in desktop mode. Switch your phone's browser to mobile mode if you can't log in from your smartphone. Also, certain Digisol routers block login attempts if multiple devices try to access the admin panel simultaneously.
If you see a security warning about the website certificate, click "Advanced" and proceed anyway. Digisol routers use self-signed certificates that browsers don't automatically trust, but this doesn't mean your connection is unsafe.
Popular Digisol Models
The Digisol DG-HR3400 is one of their most common home routers, using admin/blank as default credentials. You'll find this model in many Indian homes because it's reliable for basic internet sharing. The DG-BG4011NU wireless router also uses admin with no password, and it's popular for small offices and apartments.
Digisol's DG-HR1000 series routers follow the same login pattern: username "admin" and blank password field. These models are older but still widely used because they're inexpensive and easy to configure. The DG-WR3001BR wireless router uses identical credentials and works well for homes with 2-3 connected devices.
Newer Digisol models like the DG-HR1200 might prompt you to create a custom password during initial setup. However, if you skip this step or perform a factory reset, they revert to the admin/blank combination that most Digisol routers use.
Older Digisol models from before 2018 typically have simpler login interfaces with fewer menu options. These routers might take 15-20 seconds to load each configuration page, so patience is needed when navigating the admin panel. Newer Digisol models have slightly faster interfaces but still maintain the same basic login structure.
Some Digisol business-oriented models require both username and password fields to be filled, but home models almost always use admin with a blank password. The interface colors and layout might vary between model years, but the core login process remains consistent across the Digisol product line.
Troubleshooting Digisol Login Issues
If you can't reach your Digisol router's admin page, first check that you're connected to the correct Wi-Fi network or ethernet cable. Many Digisol routers have similar default network names, so you might be connected to a neighbor's router instead. Look for a network name that includes "Digisol" or check the sticker on your router for the exact Wi-Fi name.
Disable any VPN software on your device before trying to access 192.168.1.1. VPNs can interfere with local network connections and prevent you from reaching your Digisol router's interface. Also, clear your browser cache and cookies, as old data might conflict with the Digisol login page.
Most Digisol routers use "admin" as the username and leave the password field completely blank. Don't type "blank" or "password" in the password field. Just enter "admin" in the username box and click login without putting anything in the password box. This catches many users off guard because other router brands require passwords.
If admin/blank doesn't work, someone might have changed the default credentials. Try admin/admin or admin/password as backup combinations. Some internet service providers that supply Digisol routers change the default login to match their company name or use "user" as both username and password.
After factory resetting your Digisol router, wait 2-3 minutes for the device to fully restart before attempting to log in. The power LED should be solid green or blue, depending on your model. Once stable, connect to the default Wi-Fi network (usually "Digisol" followed by numbers) or use an ethernet cable.
Open your browser and go to 192.168.1.1, then use admin/blank to log in. You'll need to run through the initial setup wizard again, including setting your internet connection type and creating a new Wi-Fi password. Don't skip the Wi-Fi security setup, as Digisol routers default to open networks after reset.
How to Factory Reset a Digisol Router
Factory reset your Digisol router when you've forgotten the admin password, the device won't connect to the internet despite working before, or the Wi-Fi performance has become extremely slow. Reset also helps if someone changed settings you can't figure out how to reverse.
Locate the small reset button on your Digisol router's back or side panel. While the router is powered on, use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds. Don't release the button too early, as Digisol routers need the full duration to trigger the reset process.
You'll see the LED lights flash or turn off briefly during the reset. Keep holding the button until the lights start their normal startup sequence. Release the button and wait 2-3 minutes for your Digisol router to complete the factory reset process.
Some Digisol models have a reset button that's recessed deeper than others. Make sure you're actually pressing the button and not just touching the router case. The button should click slightly when pressed properly.
Your Digisol router will return to its factory settings, including the default admin/blank login credentials. You'll need to set up your internet connection again using the setup wizard, configure your Wi-Fi network name and password, and adjust any port forwarding or parental control settings you had before. Write down your new Wi-Fi password and admin login if you change them.
