خطوات تسجيل الدخول

Accessing your AIS Fibre router admin through http://192.168.1.1 will allow you to change the settings and configurations that your router software provides.

  1. Connect to your AIS Fibre router. Make sure the router is on. Plug in an ethernet cable or connect to the router's WiFi. Ethernet works best for admin access.

  2. Open any web browser. Type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar (not the search bar) and press Enter.

  3. If the default IP doesn't work, find the real one. On Windows, open Command Prompt and type ipconfig. Look for "Default Gateway". On Mac, open Terminal and type netstat -nr.

  4. Use the default credentials listed above. The most common combo is admin / admin. Check the label on the bottom of your router if those don't work.

  5. You're in. Change your WiFi name and password, set up port forwarding, update firmware, or adjust security settings.

If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.

  • Can't reach the login page

Make sure you're connected to the AIS Fibre router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.

  • Default credentials not accepted

Check the sticker on the bottom of your AIS Fibre router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.

  • Router stops working after changes

Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your AIS Fibre router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.

  • Forgot the admin password

A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.

  • Settings won't save

Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some AIS Fibre routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.

About AIS Fibre Routers

AIS Fibre started as part of Advanced Info Service, Thailand's largest mobile network operator. The company launched fiber internet services in 2014 to compete with TOT and True Online. AIS Fibre quickly expanded across Bangkok and major Thai cities, offering speeds up to 1 Gbps for home users.

AIS Fibre routers come from partnerships with manufacturers like Huawei, ZTE, and D-Link. The company customizes firmware to work with their fiber network infrastructure. Most AIS Fibre customers receive their router as part of installation packages.

Home users in Thailand choose AIS Fibre because of reliable speeds and widespread coverage. The service works well in condos and houses across urban areas. AIS Fibre offers competitive pricing compared to other Thai ISPs.

AIS Fibre routers are pre-configured during installation, so most users don't need to change settings. The company provides 24/7 Thai-language support for technical issues.

Accessing the AIS Fibre Admin Panel

You can access your AIS Fibre router admin panel through any web browser on your connected device. AIS Fibre uses standard login procedures, but some models have custom interfaces with AIS branding.

Most AIS Fibre routers use 192.168.1.1 as the default gateway address. You can verify this by checking the sticker on your router's back or bottom. Look for "Gateway" or "Default Gateway" on the label.

If 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.0.1 or 10.0.0.1. Some newer AIS Fibre models use different IP ranges depending on your service plan.

AIS Fibre routers sometimes show Thai language interfaces by default. Look for an English flag icon or "Language" menu to switch to English. The login page might display "AIS Fibre" branding instead of the router manufacturer's name.

Some AIS Fibre models require you to accept terms and conditions before accessing admin settings. Click the checkbox and "Accept" button if you see this screen. Browser compatibility can be an issue with older AIS Fibre firmware, so try Chrome or Firefox if Internet Explorer doesn't work.

AIS Fibre technicians sometimes change default passwords during installation. If "admin/admin" doesn't work, check for a custom password sticker that the installer might have added to your router.

Popular AIS Fibre Models

The AIS Fibre ZTE F670L is common in Bangkok condos and uses admin/admin for login credentials. You'll see a white and blue interface with AIS Fibre logos. The Huawei HG8145V5 model also uses admin/admin and has a more technical-looking interface with advanced WiFi settings.

D-Link DIR-825 models branded for AIS Fibre come with admin/blank password combinations. The interface looks like standard D-Link firmware but includes AIS-specific quick setup wizards. Some newer AIS Fibre routers use admin/1234 or admin/password as defaults.

ZTE F460 models are common in older AIS Fibre installations. These use admin/admin credentials and have simpler interfaces with fewer advanced options.

Huawei-based AIS Fibre routers typically have more advanced features like guest networks and parental controls. ZTE models focus on basic connectivity with simple WiFi password changes.

Newer AIS Fibre routers include mobile apps for remote management. Older models require web browser access only. Check your router model number to see which features are available.

Troubleshooting AIS Fibre Login Issues

If you can't reach your AIS Fibre router at 192.168.1.1, check that your device is connected to the router's WiFi or ethernet. Look for "AIS_Fibre_XXXX" networks in your WiFi list. Some AIS Fibre routers broadcast separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

Try unplugging your AIS Fibre router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait 2-3 minutes for full startup. The power LED should be solid green or blue when ready. If you still can't connect, your router might be in bridge mode, which disables the admin interface.

AIS Fibre technicians sometimes change default passwords during installation for security. Check for stickers on your router that show custom login details. The installer might have written new credentials on the router label or given you a separate card.

If you've changed the password and forgot it, you'll need to factory reset your AIS Fibre router. Some models have a "Forgot Password" option that sends reset instructions to your registered email address with AIS.

After resetting your AIS Fibre router, wait for all lights to stabilize before trying to log in. The router will return to admin/admin credentials. You'll need to reconfigure your WiFi network name and password.

Some AIS Fibre models require you to run through the initial setup wizard again after reset. Have your AIS account information ready, including your service plan details.

How to Factory Reset a AIS Fibre Router

Reset your AIS Fibre router if you can't log in with any password combination, or if the device isn't working properly after firmware updates. Don't reset unless other troubleshooting steps have failed.

Locate the reset button on your AIS Fibre router, usually a small recessed button on the back or bottom. With the router powered on, press and hold the reset button using a paperclip or similar tool. Hold for 10-15 seconds until the lights flash.

Some AIS Fibre models require you to hold reset for 30 seconds. The power light will blink red or orange during reset, then return to solid green when complete. Don't unplug the router during this process.

ZTE-based AIS Fibre routers have reset buttons near the ethernet ports. Huawei models usually place the button on the bottom. Check your specific model for button location if you can't find it.

Your AIS Fibre router will restart with factory settings and admin/admin login credentials. You'll need to set up your WiFi network again and configure any custom settings like port forwarding or parental controls.
