-

If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.

Can't reach the login page
Make sure you're connected to the Acelink router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.
-
Default credentials not accepted
Check the sticker on the bottom of your Acelink router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.
-
Router stops working after changes
Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your Acelink router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.
-
Forgot the admin password
A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.
-
Settings won't save
Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some Acelink routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.
About Acelink Routers
Acelink started as a Chinese networking equipment manufacturer focused on affordable home and small office routers. The company built its reputation by offering reliable wireless solutions at budget-friendly prices across Asian markets. Acelink expanded globally in the 2010s, targeting price-conscious consumers who needed basic wireless connectivity without premium features.
Today, Acelink holds a strong position in emerging markets where cost matters more than cutting-edge technology. The brand focuses on simple, functional routers that deliver stable internet connections for homes with basic networking needs. Acelink routers are particularly common in the Philippines, India, and parts of Latin America.
Home users choose Acelink because the routers cost significantly less than premium brands while still providing reliable wireless coverage. You don't need technical expertise to set up an Acelink router, which appeals to families who just want internet access without complications.
Acelink's straightforward web interface makes router management easy for beginners. The brand doesn't overwhelm users with advanced features they won't use, focusing instead on stable connections and simple controls.
Accessing the Acelink Admin Panel
You can access your Acelink router's admin panel through any web browser on a device connected to the network. Open your browser and type the router's IP address in the address bar to reach the login page.
Most Acelink routers use 192.168.1.1 as their default IP address. You can find this information printed on a label stuck to the bottom or back of your Acelink router. The label shows the default IP along with the username and password.
If 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, check your computer's network settings to find the gateway address. This gateway address is your Acelink router's IP address.
Acelink routers sometimes don't respond at 192.168.1.1 if another device on your network is using that address. Try unplugging other networking devices and restart your Acelink router to fix IP conflicts.
Some Acelink models take longer than usual to fully boot up after being plugged in. Wait at least two minutes after connecting power before trying to access the admin panel. The power LED should be solid green or blue before attempting to log in.
If you see a "page cannot be displayed" error, make sure you're connected to the Acelink router's WiFi network or plugged into one of its LAN ports. You can't access the admin panel from a different network.
Popular Acelink Models
The Acelink AC1200 uses admin/admin as both username and password, with 192.168.1.1 as the default IP. The AC750 model also uses the same credentials but sometimes ships with 192.168.0.1 as the IP address. Check the router label to confirm which IP your AC750 uses.
Acelink's N300 series sticks with admin/admin credentials and 192.168.1.1 for the IP address. The newer AX1800 model maintains these same defaults, making it easy to remember login details across different Acelink routers. Some regional variants of the N300 may use "password" instead of "admin" for the password field.
Older Acelink models from 2018 and earlier often have a simpler login page with just username and password fields. Newer models include a captcha or security question during login to prevent automated attacks.
Acelink's gaming-focused models may show additional warning messages about changing default passwords during first login. The basic home models typically go straight to the main admin panel without extra security prompts.
Troubleshooting Acelink Login Issues
When you can't reach your Acelink router's admin page, first check that the power LED is solid and not blinking. A blinking power light means the Acelink router is still starting up or has a hardware problem. Try a different power adapter if you have one available.
Make sure you're typing http://192.168.1.1 instead of just 192.168.1.1 in your browser. Some browsers need the http:// part to connect properly to Acelink routers. Clear your browser's cache and cookies if the page still won't load.
Acelink routers ship with admin/admin as the default username and password combination. If this doesn't work, someone may have changed the login credentials previously. Look for a sticker on your Acelink router that might show different default passwords specific to your model.
Some Acelink routers have a "forgot password" link on the login page that resets credentials back to admin/admin. Click this link and wait for the router to restart before trying to log in again with the default credentials.
After factory resetting your Acelink router, wait at least three minutes before trying to access the admin panel. The router needs time to rebuild its internal settings and start the web interface properly. Connect to the default WiFi network that appears after reset, which usually has "Acelink" in the name followed by numbers.
How to Factory Reset a Acelink Router
Factory reset your Acelink router when you can't remember the admin password or when the router stops responding to configuration changes. Reset also fixes problems caused by corrupted settings or failed firmware updates.
Find the small reset button on the back or bottom of your Acelink router. The button is usually recessed and requires a paperclip or toothpick to press. Keep your Acelink router plugged in and powered on during the reset process.
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds while the router is running. You'll see the power LED start blinking rapidly after about 5 seconds. Keep holding the button until the LED turns off completely, then release it.
Your Acelink router will restart automatically and take about 2-3 minutes to fully boot up. All lights should return to their normal solid state when the reset is complete. The router will broadcast a default WiFi network with "Acelink" in the name.
Log into your Acelink router using admin/admin and the default IP address 192.168.1.1 after the reset completes. You'll need to reconfigure your WiFi network name, password, and internet connection settings from scratch.
