The default gateway address for Telia is 192.168.1.1. Type this into your browser's address bar (not the search bar) while connected to the router's network.

  • Can't reach the login page

How to Factory Reset a Telia Router

Reset your Telia router when you can't log in with any password combination or when the device stops responding to network commands. Factory reset also helps when you've made configuration changes that broke your internet connection.

Locate the small Reset button on your Telia router's back or bottom panel. The button sits inside a small hole and requires a paperclip or similar tool to press. Keep your router powered on during the reset process.

Press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds while the router stays plugged in. You'll see the front LED lights turn off, then flash rapidly. Release the button when the lights start flashing. Don't unplug the router during this process.

Wait 2-3 minutes for the Telia router to complete the reset cycle. The status lights will return to normal blue or green when finished. The router automatically reconnects to Telia's network and downloads your service configuration.

Log in using admin/admin after factory reset completes. Your Telia router will restore internet connectivity automatically, but you'll need to reconfigure WiFi passwords and any custom settings you had before. Check that your Telia TV services work properly if you use bundled television.
