Accessing the Converge Admin Panel

Converge routers ship with either 'c0nv3rg3' or 'admin' as the default password. Try both options with 'admin' as the username. The password is case-sensitive, so make sure you're typing the zero in 'c0nv3rg3' and not the letter O.
If someone changed the Converge router password and you don't know what it is, you'll need to reset the router to factory defaults. Converge doesn't provide password recovery options through their customer service. The only way to regain access is through a complete factory reset of the device.
After resetting your Converge router to factory settings, wait 2-3 minutes for the device to fully boot up. All the indicator lights should be solid green or blue when the router is ready. You can then access the admin panel using the default credentials printed on the router label.
How to Factory Reset a Converge Router
Reset your Converge router when you can't remember the admin password or when the device isn't working properly. You should also reset if you're moving the router to a new location or giving it to someone else.
Find the small Reset button on the back of your Converge router. The button is usually recessed and requires a paperclip or pen tip to press. Make sure the router is powered on and all lights are stable before starting the reset process.
