Passos para login

Accessing your Lowi router admin through http://192.168.1.1 will allow you to change the settings and configurations that your router software provides.

  1. Connect to your Lowi router. Make sure the router is on. Plug in an ethernet cable or connect to the router's WiFi. Ethernet works best for admin access.

  2. Open any web browser. Type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar (not the search bar) and press Enter.

  3. If the default IP doesn't work, find the real one. On Windows, open Command Prompt and type ipconfig. Look for "Default Gateway". On Mac, open Terminal and type netstat -nr.

  4. Use the default credentials listed above. The most common combo is admin / admin. Check the label on the bottom of your router if those don't work.

Solução de problemas Lowi Router Login

If you have forgotten your username and password, you can follow the instructions to recover them. If you haven't changed the default username and password that came with the router, you can consult our default router usernames and passwords list.

  • Can't reach the login page

Make sure you're connected to the Lowi router via WiFi or ethernet, not mobile data. Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If it still won't load, unplug the router for 30 seconds and try again.

  • Default credentials not accepted

Check the sticker on the bottom of your Lowi router. The actual username and password are printed there. If those don't work either, someone changed them. You'll need to factory reset.

  • Router stops working after changes

Reset to factory defaults: hold the reset button on the back of your Lowi router for 10-30 seconds. Wait 2-3 minutes for it to reboot, then log in again.

  • Forgot the admin password

A factory reset is the only way back in. This wipes all settings, including your WiFi name and password. You'll need to set everything up again after the reset.

  • Settings won't save

Use an ethernet cable instead of WiFi when making changes. Some Lowi routers drop the connection during saves, which causes errors.

About Lowi Routers

Lowi operates as a Spanish telecommunications brand that provides internet and mobile services across Spain. The company focuses on offering affordable connectivity solutions to residential customers. Lowi routers come bundled with their internet service packages and are typically provided to new subscribers as part of their home internet setup.

Lowi has built its reputation around simplicity and cost-effectiveness in the Spanish market. Their router hardware is designed to work seamlessly with Lowi's network infrastructure and comes pre-configured for most users.

Home users choose Lowi routers because they come included with Lowi internet service subscriptions. You don't need to purchase separate hardware when you sign up for Lowi internet. The routers arrive pre-configured with your internet settings, so most users can plug them in and start browsing immediately.

Lowi's customer support team provides direct assistance with these routers since they control both the internet service and the hardware. You can call Lowi support for help with both connectivity issues and router configuration problems.

Accessing the Lowi Admin Panel

You can access your Lowi router admin panel through any web browser on your computer or phone. Connect to your Lowi router's Wi-Fi network first, then open a browser and navigate to the admin interface. Most Lowi routers use the standard web-based configuration system.

Type 192.168.1.1 into your browser's address bar to reach your Lowi router admin panel. This IP address works for nearly all Lowi router models. Make sure you're connected to the Lowi router's network before trying to access this address.

If 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, check the sticker on your Lowi router for the correct IP address. Some newer Lowi models might use different addresses, but 192.168.1.1 remains the most common default.

Lowi routers sometimes take longer than expected to load the admin interface. Wait at least 30 seconds for the page to appear before trying again. Your browser might show a security warning about the connection, but you can safely proceed to the Lowi admin panel.

If you see a blank page instead of the login form, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Lowi routers can conflict with stored browser data from previous sessions. You might also need to disable browser extensions that block certain types of content.

Some Lowi router models require you to be connected via Ethernet cable to access admin settings for the first time. If wireless access isn't working, connect your computer directly to the router with an Ethernet cable and try 192.168.1.1 again.

Popular Lowi Models

The Lowi Smart WiFi router comes as the standard model for most Lowi internet packages. This router uses admin/admin as the default username and password combination. You'll find this information on a sticker attached to the bottom of your Lowi Smart WiFi router.

Lowi Fibra routers are provided with higher-speed fiber internet plans. These models also use admin/admin for default login credentials. The Lowi Fibra series typically has a more advanced interface with additional configuration options for fiber-specific settings.

Older Lowi router models might use different default credentials. Check the label on your specific router for the exact username and password. Some legacy Lowi routers use blank passwords or require you to set up credentials during first-time configuration.

Newer Lowi router models feature updated admin interfaces with Spanish language options by default. Older models might load in English initially, but you can change the language in the settings menu. The basic login process remains the same across all Lowi router generations.

Fiber-enabled Lowi routers include additional configuration sections for fiber connection settings. You'll see extra menu options for fiber-specific diagnostics and advanced network settings that don't appear on standard Lowi router models.

Troubleshooting Lowi Login Issues

Check that your device is properly connected to the Lowi router's network before trying to access 192.168.1.1. Look for your Lowi network name in your Wi-Fi settings and connect with the password printed on your router. The network name usually includes "Lowi" followed by numbers or letters.

If your connection seems active but you can't reach the admin panel, restart your Lowi router by unplugging it for 10 seconds. Wait for all the lights to come back on before trying to access 192.168.1.1 again. Some Lowi routers need a few minutes to fully restart their admin interface.

Try admin/admin as your username and password combination for Lowi routers. Both fields should contain the word "admin" in lowercase letters. If this doesn't work, check the sticker on your router for model-specific credentials printed by Lowi.

Some Lowi customers change their admin password and then forget it. If you can't remember your custom password, you'll need to perform a factory reset to restore the default admin/admin credentials. Lowi customer support can't retrieve your custom admin passwords remotely.

After resetting your Lowi router, wait for it to complete the startup process before trying to log in. All the indicator lights should be solid or blinking in their normal pattern. Connect to the default Wi-Fi network name and use admin/admin to access the admin panel. You'll need to reconfigure your Wi-Fi network name and password after a factory reset.

How to Factory Reset a Lowi Router

Reset your Lowi router when you can't log in with any password combination or when the admin interface won't load properly. Factory reset also helps when your internet connection isn't working and Lowi customer support recommends starting fresh with the router configuration.

Locate the small reset button on your Lowi router, usually found on the back or bottom of the device. Press and hold this button with a paperclip or pen tip while the router is powered on. Keep holding the button for 10-15 seconds until you see the lights on your Lowi router flash or turn off.

Release the reset button and wait for your Lowi router to restart completely. This process takes 2-3 minutes for most Lowi models. Don't unplug the router during this restart period. Your router will return to factory defaults with the original network name and admin credentials.

Some newer Lowi router models have a recessed reset button that requires a paperclip to reach. Apply steady pressure to ensure the button clicks properly. If the lights don't change after 15 seconds, try unplugging the router for 30 seconds and then holding the reset button immediately after plugging it back in.

Your Lowi router will broadcast its default network name after reset, which you can find on the router's label. Use admin/admin to log into the admin panel and set up your preferred Wi-Fi name and password. Contact Lowi customer support if you need help restoring your specific internet connection settings.
