Troubleshooting Ubiquiti Login Issues

If you can't reach your Ubiquiti device, first verify you're connected to the correct network. UniFi devices often broadcast a setup SSID during initial configuration. Check if your computer is getting an IP address in the 192.168.1.x range when connected.

Try different browsers since Ubiquiti interfaces sometimes have compatibility issues with certain browser versions. Clear your browser cache and disable browser extensions that might block the connection.
